Our Technical Solution Implemented on Site

An industrial wastewater treatment and water recovery system was custom-engineered for our client’s site conditions and commissioned on a turnkey basis. The integrated advanced treatment system, consisting of DAF, filtration, UF, and RO processes, achieved 100% compliance with discharge limits and recovered 60–80% of the wastewater for reuse as process water.

Optimized energy and chemical consumption reduced freshwater use by more than 50%; ≥90% COD removal and recovered water quality below 1 NTU were achieved. The system maintained 95% stable performance under varying load and operating conditions, directly supporting sustainable water management and low carbon footprint targets.

Purified Water Treatment Systems: These systems supply high purity water and are used particularly in the electronics, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Purity requirements vary by process; conductivity, organic load, and microbiological parameters directly affect the project.

Filtration and Softening Systems: They remove solid particles from water, enabling safer and more efficient use. Filtration is generally the backbone of pretreatment, while softening helps control hardness related scale formation.

Chemical Water Treatment Systems: These systems treat water using chemicals and are generally applied to industrial wastewater. Stages such as pH adjustment, coagulation flocculation, and sedimentation may be used; the target discharge or reuse criteria determine the process.

Biological Water Treatment Systems: They break down organic substances through biological methods. MBBR, MBR, and SBR are included in this category. Correct aeration/mixing balance and operating discipline directly affect biological system stability.

Wastewater Treatment Systems: These systems treat industrial wastewater using chemical, biological, and physical methods. In most facilities, the best result is achieved by combining these methods in the correct order with proper dosing and operating logic.

Wastewater Recovery Systems: Reusing treated wastewater saves water and reduces environmental impact. When designing the recovery line, the point of use—process water, washing water, cooling, etc. and the target water quality are clarified.

Seawater Treatment Systems: Advanced technologies such as reverse osmosis desalinate seawater to drinking and utility water quality. Pretreatment, energy optimization, and operating conditions such as coastal conditions and seasonal changes guide the design.

River Water Treatment Systems: Advanced treatment removes suspended solids, organic contaminants, and microorganisms from river water to produce drinking and utility water. Process flexibility is important because river water may show seasonal turbidity and organic variations.
